Robert L. Hillberg

After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelor of Science Degree and a MBA in accounting and finance, Rob began his career in public accounting as a Staff Accountant at Deloitte, Haskins and Sells, CPAs in 1977. In 1980, he was promoted to Senior Accountant. Late in 1980, Rob joined his father at Hillberg & Co., CPAs as a partner. Rob added the designation of Personal Financial Specialist, an AICPA credential, to his list of accomplishments in 2001. While he is well versed in all areas of public accounting, he specializes in financial planning, estate planning and business consultation. Rob is a trusted business advisor in the agriculture, manufacturing, retail and service industries.
Rob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. His community involvement includes but is not limited to being a member of the Turlock Sunrise Rotary and Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
Rob and his wife, Sherrill, have two sons, Brent and Jeff. Rob enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and reading. |

David Rose

David graduated from California State University, Stanislaus with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a concentration in accounting. He then worked as a controller of a manufacturing firm from 1987 to 1995. Starting in 1995, David worked for Gibson & Co., CPAs in Sacramento as a CPA, where he gained extensive experience in the agriculture, manufacturing and distribution industries, as well as non-profit organizations. David joined Hillberg & Co., CPAs in 2001 as a Senior Accountant. His expertise has enhanced the quality of audit and attestation services along with items related to closely-held corporations and Partnerships. David is accredited as a Certified Fraud Examiner with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
David is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He acts as Chief Financial Officer for a closely-held corporation, is a Finance Council Member at Sacred Heart Church and is a member of the Board of Directors for Samaritan Village. |

Lisa Muller Roesch

Lisa graduated from California State University, Stanislaus with a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting and finance. She was hired by Seidman & Seidman in 1987 as a Staff Accountant and went to Grant Thornton in 1989 when she relocated to the central valley. In 1990, she joined Hillberg & Co., CPAs. Throughout the years, Lisa acquired experience in the private sector of the agriculture industry. Additionally, her experience includes income tax preparation and research, accounting services including compilations, reviews and audits and business valuations. She specializes in estates as well as the construction, agriculture and auto industries.
Lisa is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is the Treasurer of the Gratton Parent-Teachers Club and the Cornerstone Covenant Church along with being a supporter of the Westside Ministries and CSUS Alumni Association.
Lisa and her husband, Eric Muller, have 5 children, Johanna, Rebekah, Jared, Evan, and Danika. Lisa enjoys traveling, sports and reading. |

William graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a concentration in accounting. He graduated with honors. William began his career with the firm Rue, Hutchison, DeGregori, Gormsen & Co. from 1977 through 1981 auditing at the junior and senior accountant levels, preparing income tax returns, and financial statements. William became a Certified Public Accountant in 1981. William was the Controller at Frey, Inc., a wholesale distributor of Armstrong Floor Covering, from 1981 through 1984. For the next 19 years, William was the Vice President and Chief Financial officer of Evans Telephone Company and Evans Communications where his responsibilities involved managing the accounting and purchasing departments. William gained extensive experience in telecommunications regulatory work, consolidated financial statements, consolidated income tax returns, consolidated budgets, and management of personnel, during his tenure. William joined Hillberg & Co., CPAs in 2005 as a Senior Accountant. During this time, he has gained extensive experience in business valuations, CFO type services, income tax preparation, and financial statement preparation. William has experience with agriculture, manufacturing, retail, service and telecommunications industries.
William is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. His community involvement includes being a member of the Turlock Rotary Club, as well as Board Member and Treasurer of the Turlock Regional Aviation Association.
William and Linda have 4 children, Brian, Sarah, James, and Grant. He enjoys spending time with his family, along with flying, quad riding and skiing. |

Lolly Burrows

Before becoming a Certified Bookkeeper at Hillberg & Co., CPAs in 1998, Lolly worked for United Way of Northern Arizona and Culligan Water Conditioning Inc. In 2001, Lolly added the title of Network Administrator and has since completed the Networking Essentials Certification offered by Microsoft Technologies. She has over 25 years of accounting experience. Lolly possesses strong communication, computer, bookkeeping, and tax skills. Lolly specializes in computerized accounting system set-up and training.
Lolly is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and of the Hilmar Covenant Church.
Lolly and her husband, Don, enjoy camping, biking, swimming and impromptu weekend trips. Lolly also enjoys writing and directing theatrical productions. |

Rinda Paine

After graduating from Modesto Junior College with an AA degree, Rinda worked for a plumbing company for 7 years as a bookkeeper. In 1982, Rinda joined Hillberg & Co., CPAs as a bookkeeper. Today, Rinda coordinates all client projects and organizes the firm's daily activities along with handling the firm's bookkeeping and payroll.
Rinda is a notary of the National Notary Association.
Rinda and her husband, Steve, have two daughters, Jessica and Alicia. Rinda enjoys cooking, camping, going to the beach, and spending time with her family and friends. |

Angelina Chavez

Angelina graduated in 2001 from California State University Stanislaus with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. While studying at the University, Angelina worked for five years at Wells Fargo Bank as a bank teller. She joined Hillberg & Co., CPAs in 2000 and has specialized in business accounting, payroll and tax services. Angelina is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Angelina enjoys spending time with her son, Joseph. She also enjoys traveling, riding bikes and wave running. |

Josie Willemse

Josie was born and raised in the Netherlands where she attended a vocational school and soon after went to a night school that emphasized business and bookkeeping. During this time Josie worked for her father in his flower bulb export business handling the billing, accounts receivable and payroll. Josie came to the states after meeting her husband and returned to bookkeeping at various furniture businesses after starting their family. Josie joined Hillberg & Co., CPAs on December 1, 1988 as a bookkeeper. She specializes in the dairy farming and agriculture industries.
Josie is a member of Sacred Heart Church and is Treasurer of their Women's Club. She also volunteers her time with Meals on Wheels.
Josie and her husband, Joe, have four children and two grandchildren, Riley and Sydney. Josie enjoys spending time with her family and friends along with walking, baking, and organizing card parties. |

Deanna joined Hillberg & Co. in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant. Prior to joining the firm, Deanna worked for seven years as the Assistant to the Regional Controller of a local title company. Deanna has thirteen years of experience working in a financial background.
Deanna and her husband, John, have one little girl, Riley. Deanna enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, weekend trips and seeing the world through the eyes of her 2 year old daughter.

Natalie Urrutia

Natalie joined Hillberg & Co. in 2007 as a tax assembler. Natalie was soon promoted to Administrative Assistant. In 2008, Natalie was promoted to the Bookkeeping Department.
Currently, Natalie is working towards her degree from California University Stanislaus with a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting and finance.
Natalie enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and going to the lake.

Chris Barnes

Chris joined Hillberg & Co. in 2005 as a tax return assembler. In 2006, Chris was promoted to the Bookkeeping Department. Chris’s duties include client payroll, bookkeeping and tax preparation. He also assists in the maintenance of the firm’s network servers and desktop computers.
Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Deanna, and his friends. Chris’ hobbies include reading, gardening, traveling, and fishing

Tina A. Envia

Tina graduated from California State University, Stanislaus with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She worked in public accounting for 6 years earning her Certified Public Accounting License and advancing from Staff Accountant to Manager. During that time she also continued her education earning a Masters Degree in Business from California State University, Stanislaus. During her time in public accounting she specialized in real estate and property management, and audits of public agencies and not for profits. In 1997 Tina joined the City of Turlock as Senior Accountant and worked there for over 5 years. As part of the management team she worked closely with the Executive Staff and City Council on everything from bond financing and treasury functions to budgeting. In 2001 Tina left her career to stay home with her two small children. During that time she continued her accounting work in her husband’s business and taught several semesters of college level accounting. She is also very active with her children’s activities and is Treasurer and past Auditor of Julien Elementary PTA.
Tina and her husband Shubert, have 2 children, Elaina and Paul. They enjoy traveling as a family and spending time with their large extended family. Tina also enjoys working out and is part of a cross fit group at Brenda Athletic Club. She also enjoys reading and spending time with her children.
